Consultant in the customer service department (helpdesk) English / Polish

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Client technical support in English and Polish
  • Providing technical support, troubleshooting end user software problems

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical education
  • Perfect knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Expertise with Microsoft software products (Windows, Office)
  • Expertise with general issues relating to IT systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a group
  • Communication skills
  • Independence and accuracy
  • Ability to work under stress
