Dedicated servers
Dedicated hosting is a specialized high availability service for demanding customers. Within the framework of the dedicated hosting solutions, we provide the Client with a ready made hardware/software platform, as developed based on Your requirements. As part of the service we also provide round-the-clock technical support and guidance.
The dedicated server service is available in two versions: as a complete hosted solution (managed by our administrators) as well as leased servers (administration by the Client).
We offer round-the-clock technical support (NOC), which ensures the proper operation of the S-NET network and provides fast response in case of any problems or failures.
For each service we offer an SLA contract.
All servers include:
- dedicated server with the selected configuration (shipped with a preinstalled operating system)
- server maintained at the S-NET Data Centre (link to a description of the Centre)
- S-Business connection (100% Internet)
- required number of IP addresses
- 24/7 technical support
- server monitoring
- minimum duration of the agreement 12 months
All prices are net rates (please include the applicable VAT rate.)
